Nexperia PESD4USB3U-TBSX Uni-Directional ESD Protection Diode, housed in a compact 10-pin DFN2510D surface mount package, provides reliable electrostatic discharge protection for sensitive electronics.
Designed specifically for high-speed interface protection, this device safeguards Super Speed USB 3.2 (10 Gbps), HDMI 2.0, Display Port, eSATA, LVDS, and GMSL SerDes against damaging ESD events up to ±15 kV. Its very low line capacitance of 0.5 pF per channel ensures minimal signal distortion.
The diode features outstanding system protection, combining deep snap-back with a dynamic resistance of 0.4 Ohms, facilitating excellent clamping voltage of 3.5V and withstanding peak pulse currents of 7A. It operates within a broad temperature range from -55°C to 150°C, making it highly suited for industrial, automotive, and demanding environments.
