Nexperia NXB0102GTX is a dual-supply voltage level translator IC designed for bidirectional voltage translation of logic signals with CMOS technology. The device integrates two 2-bit input-output ports (An and Bn), an output enable pin (OE), and dual supply pins (VCC(A), VCC(B)) allowing it to translate voltage levels between a wide range of low voltage nodes such as 1.2 V, 1.5 V, 1.8 V, 2.5 V, 3.3 V, and 5.0 V. VCC(A) supports from 1.2 V to 3.6 V supply while VCC(B) supports from 1.65 V to 5.5 V.

Its auto direction sensing functionality simplifies integration, eliminating manual control for direction changes. The OE pin provides control over output states, driving outputs to a high-impedance state when set LOW.
