Product Description

Nexperia NXS0102GTX voltage level translator provides reliable voltage translation using a dual supply, CMOS logic family, and bi-directional functionality. This device integrates eight elements per chip with two pins in an XSON8 surface mount package.

The translator supports wide supply voltages; VCC(A) from 1.65V up to 3.6V and VCC(B) from 2.3V to 5.5V, allowing smooth translation among popular voltage nodes like 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V, and 5.0V commonly used in industrial, consumer electronics, and communications applications.

Auto direction sensing facilitates flexible bi-directional voltage translation without extra control circuitry. The outputs are protected from backflow current during power down thanks to IOFF circuitry. Output enable pin (OE) actively drives outputs into a high-impedance state when LOW, enabling easy bus control and system power management.

Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C ensures its robustness for industrial environments. The compact XSON8 small outline no-lead package measures 2mm in length, 0.5mm in width, and 1.05mm in height, supporting high density PCB layouts.
