Molex 43650-0209 Micro-Fit 3.0 Series Right Angle Surface PCB Header is a precision-manufactured wire-to-board connector engineered for reliable power distribution up to 5 amps at 250 volts. Featuring a 3 mm pitch and single-row, 2-contact configuration, this shrouded PCB header offers a compact footprint with robust mechanical and electrical performance.

The housing is constructed from high-temperature UL 94V-0 Liquid Crystal Polymer thermoplastic, which withstands reflow soldering temperatures up to 265°C, making it suitable for modern PCB assembly techniques. The male brass contacts are tin plated and isolated within the housing to reduce arcing and maintain signal integrity.

This connector incorporates a positive latching system with a locking ramp to prevent accidental disconnection, ensuring secure mating under vibration or mechanical stress. The surface mount design with solder termination supports reliable and cost-effective PCB mounting, while the press-fit metal retention clips provide additional mechanical retention.
