DiodesZetex HBS810-13 Bridge Rectifier is a glass passivated discrete semiconductor device designed to convert AC to DC using full-wave rectification in electronic circuits. It supports a peak reverse repetitive voltage of 1000 V and a peak non-repetitive forward surge current of 290 A while maintaining a maximum forward current of 8 A.

This bridge rectifier comes in a compact 4-pin single configuration within a surface mount HBS package, enabling effective heat dissipation and space saving on printed circuit boards.
