The IXYS MMO74-16io6 Dual Thyristor Module offers reliable AC power control with high voltage and current ratings. This module contains two back-to-back thyristors housed in the isolated base SOT-227B package. It supports a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 1600 volts and a surge current rating of 650 amperes, making it suitable for demanding industrial and commercial power control applications.

Its compact 4-pin surface mount design with dimensions 38.23 mm length, 25.25 mm width, and 12.22 mm height facilitates compact PCB integration. The module features an isolated copper baseplate that ensures excellent heat transfer, enhancing thermal management.
