DiodesZetex AH3270Q-W-7 Hall Effect Sensor is a two-wire, unipolar latching switch IC with a linear output designed for high sensitivity position and proximity sensing in automotive applications. It operates reliably within a wide supply voltage range of 2.7 volts up to 27 volts and under temperature extremes from -40°C up to 85°C.

The device features robust automotive-grade qualifications compliant with AEC-Q100 standards, ensuring durability and performance in harsh environments.
