Product Description

ams OSRAM AS5147P-HTSM is a high-resolution 1 Axis Surface Hall Effect Position Sensor designed for precise rotary position measurements over a full 360-degree range. This device features a revolutionary integrated Dynamic Angle Error Compensation (DAEC) that ensures near-zero latency angle measurements, ideal for high-speed applications up to 28,000 rpm.

The sensor uses bipolar magnetic technology with a CMOS sensor type and is mounted on a surface in a compact TSSOP 14-pin package. The robust design provides high immunity to homogenous external stray magnetic fields, improving reliable performance in demanding industrial, automotive, and manufacturing environments.

Operating at a supply voltage range between 300 mV and 7 V with a supply current of 15 mA, the AS5147P-HTSM offers multiple interface options including SPI, PWM, and UVW signals for versatile communication. It supports operating temperatures from -40°C to 150°C and complies with automotive standards such as AEC-Q100 Grade 0 and ISO26262 functional safety.
