Product Description

DiodesZetex AH3369Q-SA-7 is a through-hole Hall Effect Sensor IC using chopper stabilised technology. It supports a wide supply voltage range of 3 V to 28 V, delivering stable linear output for unipolar magnetic field detection. The sensor is housed in a compact SOT-23W 3-pin package designed for easy PCB through-hole mounting.

This Hall sensor provides excellent frequency response up to 800 kHz and features a fast response time of 3.75 microseconds. It operates efficiently with a supply current of 3.5 mA, minimizing power consumption in embedded systems.
