Vishay V10PL45-M3/86A is a high-performance Surface Mount Schottky Diode featuring patented Trench MOS Barrier Schottky (TMBS) technology that reduces minority carrier injections, improving switching speeds and efficiency in power supply applications.

This diode is engineered for use in AC/DC switched mode power supplies and DC/DC converters, offering a maximum continuous forward current of 10 amperes and peak reverse repetitive voltage of 45 volts.
