Product Description

Samtec SEAM-40-02.0-L-10-2-A-GP-K-TR is a high-density horizontal surface PCB header designed to provide reliable board-to-board connections in industrial, electronics manufacturing, and communication equipment applications. This shrouded connector features 400 male contacts arranged in 10 rows with a pitch of 1.27 mm. The housing is constructed from Liquid Crystal Polymer, providing excellent mechanical stability and high-temperature resistance.

The contacts are made from copper alloy with 0.000254 mm light selective gold plating in the contact area and matte tin on the tail to ensure superior conductivity and solderability. Rated at 2.7 amperes and 240 volts, this connector supports robust electrical performance in demanding environments.

Its surface mount termination type simplifies PCB assembly using soldering processes, while the shrouded design ensures secure mating and protection against misalignment.
