Product Description

Molex 43045-0213 PCB Header from the Micro-Fit 3.0 Series is a 3 mm pitch, 2-contact, dual-row, shrouded male header designed for wire-to-board connections. It supports a maximum current of 5 Amps and a voltage rating of 250V, making it suitable for a variety of low to mid-range power applications.

The housing is manufactured from high temperature thermoplastic UL 94V-0 liquid crystal polymer capable of withstanding temperatures up to 265°C during IR reflow soldering. The through-hole mount type is SMT compatible, reducing process requirements and costs. The connectors provide positive latching which ensures secure mating and helps prevent accidental disconnections.

Additional features include PCB polarising pegs for precise alignment and kinked solder legs for enhanced PCB retention. The male brass contacts feature gold plating, providing excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance, fully isolated within the housing to minimize arcing.

This Micro-Fit 3.0 header is suitable for applications including military COTS, solar power systems, household appliances such as dryers and refrigerators, data communications like routers and servers, medical devices, telecommunications, and gaming terminals.
