DiodesZetex PDS360-13 is a high-performance Schottky diode designed for surface mount applications in power conversion and rectification circuits. With a maximum continuous forward current rating of 3 A and a peak reverse repetitive voltage of 60 V, it offers robust electrical performance in a compact PowerDI5 package.
