Product Description

Molex 43045-0606 Micro-Fit 3.0 Series Right Angle Surface PCB Header is a high-performance connector engineered for reliable wire-to-board interfacing in electronic assemblies. Featuring 6 shrouded contacts arranged in 2 rows with 3 mm pitch, this connector supports up to 5 ampere current, ideal for compact power distribution.

The right angle orientation and surface mount design optimize PCB space utilization while ensuring secure mechanical retention through metal press-fit clips. The housing is made of high-temperature thermoplastic material rated UL 94V-0, capable of withstanding reflow soldering temperatures up to 265°C.

Brass contact terminals are plated with tin to ensure excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance. The connector's positive latching system includes locking ramps on the housing that guarantee secure mating and prevent unintended disconnections during operation.

This Micro-Fit 3.0 header is compatible with both through hole and SMT process, helping reduce manufacturing costs and complexity. The design fully isolates the dual beam terminals within the housing to minimize arcing and enhance electrical reliability.
