onsemi MBR1100G is a high-performance 100 V, 2 A Schottky Barrier Rectifier featuring a through hole mount and DO-41 package type. It is purpose-built to provide efficient rectification in low voltage, high frequency inverters, free wheeling diodes, and polarity protection in industrial, automotive, and electronic system applications.
This device employs the Schottky Barrier principle with epitaxial construction, oxide passivation, and metal overlap contact to ensure low reverse current and low stored charge, yielding majority carrier conduction and minimal power loss.
