The onsemi MBRB8H100T4G is a high-performance Schottky barrier diode designed for demanding electronic applications where low voltage, high-frequency rectification, freewheeling, and polarity protection are required. With a continuous forward current rating of 8A and a peak reverse repetitive voltage of 100V, this diode can efficiently handle significant power loads in a compact TO-263 (D2PAK) form factor.
