Product Description

Hirose HIF3FB PCB Header is a high-quality connector designed for electronic and industrial applications requiring reliable board-to-board connections. Featuring a straight through hole mount style, it contains 64 male contacts arranged in two rows with a pitch of 2.54 mm. The connector’s housing is made from polybutylene terephthalate (PBT), a robust material resistant to environmental stress and rated UL94V-0 for flammability.

The contacts are brass with selective gold plating on critical areas to ensure stable, low-resistance electrical connections. It is engineered to safely carry current up to 1 Ampere and operate at voltages up to 200 Volts. Its operating temperature range is from -55°C to 85°C, making it suitable for various industrial environments.

The tail pins of the connector are 2.8 mm in length to facilitate soldering, while the mating pins extend 6 mm to ensure secure engagement. This shrouded header supports board stacking with a low profile height of 9.2 mm and a board clearance of 12.2 mm to optimize layout space.
