DiodesZetex DFLS140L-7 is a high-efficiency Schottky diode designed for surface mount technology with PowerDI123 package style. It supports a maximum continuous forward current of 1 ampere and a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 40 volts. The diode features low forward voltage drop of 515 mV, enhancing power efficiency and thermal management in electronic circuits.
