Ideal for use in power factor correction (PFC) boost stages, AC/DC sections of switch mode power supplies, inverters such as air conditioning units, high frequency welding equipment, UPS systems, and motor drives.
This device incorporates a hyperfast soft recovery mechanism and low forward voltage drop (1.4 V), which leads to reduced switching losses and increased energy efficiency. Operating junction temperature can reach up to 175 °C, supported by a fully isolated package providing a VINS of 2500 VRMS, ensuring safe and reliable operation under demanding industrial conditions.
