Semikron Danfoss SKKT 92/16 E is a dual Thyristor Module designed with silicon-controlled rectifier (SCR) technology, suitable for industrial power control applications. Rated for 1600 V repetitive peak reverse voltage and a 100 A rated average on-state current, this module delivers reliable performance in battery chargers, welders, regulated power supplies, temperature and speed control circuits, and more.
