Hirose FX20 Series Straight Surface PCB Header FX20 offers a reliable board-to-board connection solution with 60 contacts arranged in 2 rows at a 0.5 mm pitch. Designed with a shrouded straight surface mount, it supports a current of up to 500mA per contact, making it suitable for sensitive electronic applications.

This header incorporates a unique floating structure within the housing base that compensates for mounting misalignments of ±0.6 mm in X and Y directions. The floating contacts self-center during mating, minimizing mechanical stresses and preventing solder joint cracking or the need for costly rework. Large mating guides allow an alignment movement of ±1.2 mm, aiding insertion and ensuring secure connectivity.
