Lumileds LXZ1-PR01 is a 3 V Blue LED featuring the ultra compact 0705 surface mount package from the LUXEON Z series. Designed for high-power density lighting, this LED provides exceptional design flexibility in luminaire development.
The tiny 1.3 x 1.7 mm footprint allows for dense arrays, supporting up to 250 LEDs per square inch. With a forward voltage of 3 V and a maximum forward current of 1000 mA, it achieves a luminous flux of 575 lm at a dominant wavelength of 447.5 nm, producing vivid blue light.
The LED has a clear, round lens measuring 1.3 x 1.7 x 0.66 mm, delivering a wide 125° viewing angle for uniform illumination. LUXEON Z LEDs are un-encapsulated and tested at 500 mA for binning quality, offering high drive currents up to 1 A (InGaN) and 0.7 A (AlInGaP).
