These ultra-compact LEDs have an un-encapsulated design and an exceptionally small footprint of only 2.2 mm², allowing for high-density LED arrays with exceptional design flexibility.
The LXZ1-4070 supports a maximum forward current of 1000 mA for InGaN LEDs and features round lenses with a 120° viewing angle, delivering luminous flux between 120 to 134 lumens.
