The Nexperia PESD1ETH1G-LSYL is a bi-directional electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection diode encased in a small 2-pin DFN1006BD-2 (SOD882BD) plastic surface mount package. Engineered to protect automotive in-vehicle network bus lines, this device complies fully with OPEN Alliance IEEE 100BASE-T1 and 1000BASE-T1 Ethernet standards, supporting low-voltage differential signaling (LVDS) automotive networks.
