Wolfspeed C4D15120A high voltage 41 A Schottky diode is designed for demanding power electronic applications requiring excellent thermal performance and fast switching. This diode uses Silicon Carbide (SiC) technology delivering superior breakdown field strength and lower power losses compared to standard Schottky barrier diodes.

Crafted in a TO-220 through-hole package with 2 pins, the diode supports a maximum continuous forward current of 41 A and a peak reverse repetitive voltage of 1200 V. Its peak non-repetitive forward surge current is rated at 100 A, ensuring reliable operation under transient conditions.
