Product Description
Infineon 2ED2101S06FXUMA1 is a high voltage, high speed general purpose gate driver with an output current of 290mA housed in an 8-pin DSO package. It features independent high and low side referenced output channels designed to provide excellent ruggedness and noise immunity, suitable for demanding industrial and automotive electronic applications.
The driver maintains operational logic even at negative voltages and is free from parasitic thyristor structures, eliminating parasitic latch-up risks across the entire temperature and voltage range.
