Toshiba 74VHC123AFT is a high-speed CMOS dual monostable multivibrator fabricated using silicon gate C2MOS technology. It integrates 27 functional elements within a compact 16-pin TSSOP (Thin Shrink Small Outline Package), ideal for various high-frequency logic IC applications.
This device features two trigger inputs: a negative edge A input and a positive edge B input. Triggering is also possible via the CLR input on its positive edge. Both inputs are Schmitt trigger type, enhancing stability with slow rise and fall signal edges (tr = tf = 1 μs).
