Microchip Type N-Channel MOSFET 310mA 60V Enhancement Mode 3-Pin TO-92 VN10K

Microchip VN10K Type N-Channel MOSFET is a new generation enhancement mode transistor designed using vertical DMOS and silicon gate processes. It supports a maximum continuous drain current of 310mA and a maximum drain-source voltage of 60V, housed in a 3-pin TO-92 through-hole package suitable for various industrial and laboratory electronic applications.

Its low maximum drain-source resistance of 7.5Ω at a gate-source voltage of 10V ensures efficient conduction and switching performance. The MOSFET operates reliably over a wide temperature range from -55°C to 150°C, providing excellent thermal stability and resistance to thermal runaway or secondary breakdown.

The device features an integral source-drain diode and low input capacitance, enabling fast switching speeds with low power drive requirements.
