Hirose DF12E(3.5)-20DP-0.5V(81) is a straight surface mount PCB Header from the DF12 series, featuring 20 male contacts with a 0.5 mm pitch arranged in two rows. It is designed for ultra-miniature board-to-board connector applications where space-saving and high reliability are essential.

The header uses a polyamide housing material resistant to high temperatures, compliant with UL94V-0 standard, ensuring safety and durability for industrial and consumer electronics. The contacts are made of copper alloy and plated with gold to provide excellent electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance.
