Designed as part of the PowerCat™ Cat6a series, this cable features 4 pairs of 26AWG stranded conductors, wrapped in a shielded aluminium/polyester layer with a tinned copper drain wire that significantly reduces electromagnetic interference and crosstalk. The cable jacket is made of Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSZH) material in grey, which enhances safety by minimizing smoke and halogen emissions during combustion, making it suitable for use in data centers, offices, and other environments with strict fire safety regulations.
Each cable end is terminated with reliable male RJ45 WE8W shielded plugs equipped with an overmoulded anti-snag strain relief boot, preventing damage or disconnections caused by tension or snagging.
