Hirose FX8C-100P-SV(91) FunctionMAX series PCB header is a high-performance, straight surface mount board-to-board connector designed to meet demanding industrial and electronic applications. With 100 contacts at a 0.6 mm pitch arranged in 2 rows and a shrouded housing made from polyphenylene sulphide, this connector ensures reliable mechanical and electrical performance.

The contacts are made of phosphor bronze plated with gold, optimizing contact resistance and durability. The connector is capable of handling currents up to 400 mA and voltages up to 100 V, suitable for medium-power electronic applications. Operating temperature range from -55°C to 85°C allows use in harsh environments.

FunctionMAX connectors enable high-speed transmissions up to 3.125 Gbit/s with excellent signal integrity, making them ideal for servers, broadcast equipment, industrial machines, medical devices, and POS terminals. The built-in mating guide ribs enable a self-alignment tolerance of ±0.6 mm providing easy mating even under slight misalignment. SMT coplanarity ensures solder area tolerance less than 0.1 mm, supporting high-precision manufacturing processes. The wide stacking height range of 5 mm to 16 mm accommodates different board thicknesses.

The connector features a shrouded design providing protection and alignment support. It supports a current rating of 400 mA ensuring stable electrical performance. Made from polyphenylene sulphide housing material offering durability and heat resistance.
