Molex 43045-0424 Micro-Fit 3.0 Series Straight Through Hole PCB Header is engineered to provide a secure and efficient wire-to-board connector solution with a 3 mm pitch and 2-row configuration. This 4-contact shrouded header offers robust mechanical and electrical performance in a compact footprint. The housing is constructed from high temperature UL 94V-0 Liquid Crystal Polymer thermoplastic material, capable of withstanding soldering temperatures up to 265°C during IR reflow processes.
The brass contacts with tin plating enable reliable conductivity, while the fully isolated dual beam terminals reduce arcing and improve signal integrity. Metal press-fit retention clips enhance PCB retention, and the connector includes positive latching via a locking ramp to secure the mated connection and prevent accidental disconnections during operation or vibration.
