Hirose FX30B series straight through hole PCB Header is a high-performance board-to-board connector featuring a unique floating contact structure that absorbs mounting misalignment errors, ensuring safe and accurate mating in multi-stacking connector applications.

This 4-contact connector with 3.81 mm pitch and 1 row offers a shrouded design combined with metal fittings for robust and secure attachment to printed circuit boards. The copper alloy contacts are gold plated to provide excellent electrical reliability with a current rating of 10A per contact and voltage capability up to 250V.

The floating contacts self-center with ±0.3 mm play in the XY directions and 1 mm in the Z direction, minimizing mechanical stress and preventing solder cracking. Large moulded guide posts enable an alignment movement of ±1.3 mm, simplifying mating and preventing incorrect insertion. Extra keys around the mating face add reverse insertion protection, making this connector highly reliable in challenging industrial environments.
