Nexperia PMEG4020ETR,115 is a 40 V, 2 A low forward voltage MEGA Schottky barrier rectifier diode designed for surface mount applications. It features a planar maximum efficiency design with an integrated guard ring for stress protection, encapsulated in a compact SOD-123W plastic package.

This diode supports an average forward current (IF(AV)) of up to 2 A and a peak reverse repetitive voltage (VRRM) of 40 V. The low forward voltage drop (maximum 490 mV) enhances power efficiency, and advanced clip bonding technology ensures high power capability.
