Hirose FX30B Series Straight Through Hole PCB Header is a high-performance board-to-board connector designed for secure and reliable electronic interconnections. This model features 5 contacts spaced at a 3.81 mm pitch in a single row with a shrouded polyamide housing, ensuring robust mechanical protection and precise alignment.
The FunctionMAX FX30B connectors incorporate a unique floating structure that compensates for mounting misalignment by allowing controlled movement of contacts (+0.3 mm XY, 1 mm Z), ensuring safe and accurate mating without solder joint stress or cracking. Large molded guide posts provide alignment movement of ±1.3 mm and prevent incorrect insertion with extra keys around the mating face for reverse insertion protection.
Contacts are made of copper alloy with gold plating for enhanced conductivity and corrosion resistance, rated for 10A current and voltages up to 250V. The connector operates reliably in temperature extremes from -55°C to 105°C. Metal fittings on both sides of the connector ensure a secure and deformation-resistant attachment to the PCB.
