Dold BA9034N 25A AC50/60Hz 400V 2-11s 3 Phase Brake Module is designed for efficient, safe, and controlled braking of asynchronous motors using DC injection method.

This brake module automatically monitors motor standstill and incorporates a built-in braking contactor, allowing a safe stop by injecting DC current to neutralize the rotating magnetic field after disconnection of the 3 phase supply.

The unit features adjustable braking current via a potentiometer scaled from 10 to 100% and an integrated current limit scaled in proportion, enabling fine tuning to motor requirements.

Its compact construction with a robust IP40 and IP20 rated enclosure, measuring 45 mm in length, 73 mm in width, and 122 mm in depth, allows easy integration in existing or new installations. It includes starter equipment and inter-lock contacts to ensure safe operation preventing motor restart during DC braking.
