ROLEC 501.100.000 Thermoplastic Pole Mounting Kit is engineered for use with the TechnoPLUS enclosures, optimized for outdoor industrial electronic equipment installations. The kit is constructed from UV stable ASA LURAN thermoplastic, ensuring durability and resistance to sunlight exposure for prolonged outdoor use. Its compact dimensions of 20 mm height, 100 mm width, and 100 mm length provide efficient space usage when mounting.

This mounting kit enables secure attachment of the TechnoPLUS enclosure to poles, masts, sign/lamp posts, or communication pipes through standard fixings positioned externally for accessory attachments. The hinged lid trims are designed to hide all fixing screws, enhancing the security of installed electronics.

The kit features captive lid fixing screws that remain attached to the lid preventing loss during access. Screw bosses are provided in both the base and lid, facilitating internal component mounting without necessitating enclosure opening during installation processes. Lid retaining straps hold the lid steadily in place when opened, improving maintenance convenience.

The mounting kit carries an IP66 protection rating, making it highly resistant to dust and water ingress, suitable for harsh environmental conditions encountered in industrial, commercial, agricultural, and outdoor telecommunications applications.

Note that metal straps for fixing this kit to poles or masts are not included and should be purchased separately, suitable for a maximum diameter of 100 mm. Compatible with TechnoPLUS enclosure for flexible mounting solutions.
