Product Description

Samtec TMM-104-01-G-D-SM is a precision-engineered straight surface pin header from the TMM Series, designed for efficient and reliable PCB interconnects in electronic applications. It features 8 male contacts arranged in 2 rows with a 2 mm pitch, making it suitable for both board-to-board and wire-to-board connections.

The contacts are made of phosphor bronze and plated with gold, providing excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance. The housing uses black Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP), known for its thermal stability and mechanical strength, withstanding operating temperatures from -55°C to +125°C.

This SMT mount header offers a low profile of 2.77 mm, aiding in compact electronic device designs. The tail pins are 3.5 mm long, and mating pins are 3.2 mm, ensuring secure mating with compatible sockets including SQT, SQW, TLE, SMM, and MMS Series.

The TMM Series includes options with 0.25 μm gold plated posts with tin plated tails or 0.75 μm gold plated posts with gold plated tails, with this model featuring the latter for enhanced durability.
