Molex 43045-0624 Micro-Fit 3.0 Series straight through hole PCB header is a high-performance dual-row connector designed for wire-to-board applications. It features 6 male contacts arranged in 2 rows with a 3 mm pitch, suitable for compact power distribution solutions. The connector housing is made from high-temperature UL 94V-0 liquid crystal polymer, offering excellent heat resistance for IR reflow soldering processes up to 265°C.
This PCB header supports currents up to 5A, providing one of the highest current densities available in a small footprint design. Its shrouded housing includes positive latching through a locking ramp to secure mating connections and protect against accidental disconnections in industrial or commercial equipment.
The through-hole mounting style is fully compatible with SMT processes, allowing streamlined manufacturing and reduced process costs. Metal press-fit retention clips are incorporated to firmly secure the header to PCBs, enhancing mechanical stability during operation.
