Toshiba 74HC4053D Buffer IC is a high speed CMOS analog multiplexer/demultiplexer fabricated with silicon gate C2MOS technology, delivering low power dissipation and high speed operation comparable to equivalent LSTTL devices.

This device includes 19 CMOS elements configured in a 2 channel x 3 configuration, controlled digitally to switch large amplitude signals between VCC and VEE by small logical amplitude signals.

Operating with supply voltages from 2V to 6V and a wide temperature range from -40°C to 85°C, the 74HC4053D is ideal for industrial, electronic, and manufacturing circuit designs requiring reliable and efficient signal multiplexing.

Its low ON-resistance and high noise immunity make it suitable for use in circuits with low input impedance and environments with electrical noise. The IC is housed in a 16-pin SOIC surface mount package measuring 10.2mm in length, 3.9mm in width, and 1.38mm in height, facilitating compact PCB designs.
