Product Description

The Samtec TSM-112-01-T-DV is a high-quality vertical surface mount pin header designed for advanced PCB applications. Its housing is made from black Liquid Crystal Polymer, known for excellent thermal stability and mechanical strength, while its contacts are crafted from phosphor bronze to guarantee excellent electrical performance. The contacts are plated with either gold or tin over a 50 μ" (1.27 μm) nickel base, enhancing corrosion resistance and durability during soldering and operation.

The header is unshrouded, allowing easy access to contacts during assembly or service. It supports solder termination and operates within a wide temperature range from -55°C up to a maximum of 125°C, meeting stringent industrial standards.
