MikroElektronika MIKROE-3000 H-Bridge 2 Click Board is a half-bridge driver development kit using the MPC17510 device, designed for versatile motor control applications such as mechanised toys and prototype robotic projects.
This click board uses an H-bridge MOSFET output stage configuration allowing continuous motor driving current of 1.2 A at voltages ranging from 2.0 V up to 15 V. The low 450 milliohm RDS(on) MOSFETs ensure efficient power delivery with minimal heat dissipation.
The board includes protections like undervoltage shutdown and shoot-through current suppression to prevent damage and ensure reliable operation. Its 5.0 V TTL- and CMOS-compatible input supports a wide range of microcontroller interfaces. The H-bridge supports PWM frequencies as high as 200 kHz, enabling precise speed and dynamic braking control of motors.
This makes the H-Bridge 2 Click Board ideal for use in power management, motor robotics development, and embedded systems prototyping. Features include reliable motor speed, direction control, and dynamic (rheostatic) braking over a broad voltage and current range.
This board can be used with mechanised toys, prototype robots, and actuators requiring precise motor control. The included MPC17510 monolithic H-bridge IC integrates various features that simplify motor driver implementation.
Applications span robotics, educational development platforms, industrial prototyping, and embedded motor control systems. Explore the full range of motor driver development tools in the power and robotics category for your design projects.
