Product Description
STMicroelectronics LPS25HBTR MEMS Absolute Pressure Sensor offers a highly accurate and reliable digital barometer solution in a compact surface-mounted HLGA 10-pin package. Operating between a wide pressure range of 26 kPa to 126 kPa with exceptional accuracy of ±0.1 hPa, this MEMS sensor includes embedded temperature compensation for stable performance across environments.
The sensor operates at a low supply voltage spanning 1.7V to 3.6V and supports both SPI and I²C digital interfaces, facilitating easy integration into embedded systems. Its small footprint of 2 mm length and 800μm height makes it suitable for space-constrained applications including smartphones, tablets, and wearable devices.
Built using ST's exclusive VENSENS technology, the LPS25HBTR eliminates wafer-to-wafer bonding by fabricating pressure sensing elements on a monolithic silicon chip, thereby improving reliability significantly.
