Product Description
STMicroelectronics LPS25HBTR is a MEMS-based absolute pressure sensor designed as a digital barometer with ultra-compact form factor suitable for electronic devices such as tablets, smartphones, and wearable technology.
This sensor operates between 1.7V to 3.6V and provides highly accurate pressure measurements with ±0.1 hPa accuracy across a pressure range from 26 kPa to 126 kPa. It features STMicroelectronics' proprietary VENSENS technology, enabling monolithic silicon chip fabrication eliminating wafer-to-wafer bonding and improving reliability.
The LPS25HBTR is housed in a 10-pin surface mount HLGA package measuring 2 mm in length and 800 μm in height, making it ideal for space-constrained applications.
Its operating temperature ranges from -30°C to 105°C, supporting industrial and consumer electronics environments. The device supports digital communication through SPI and I²C interfaces and incorporates embedded FIFOs to optimize data flow. The sensor provides minimum output voltage of 5.7V and maximum output voltage of 6.7V, ensuring consistent performance.
