Product Description

Cinch BA000010000BE00 Straight Edge Connector is a high-quality PCB edge connector designed for electronic applications requiring reliable interconnection. It features 31 contacts arranged in 2 rows with a standard 2.54 mm pitch, allowing compatibility with IBM PC AT™ style edge connectors and similar PCB designs.

This connector supports a current rating of 3A and operates within a temperature range from -55°C to 105°C, making it suitable for demanding industrial and electronic environments. The contacts are made from brass and plated with gold over nickel, ensuring excellent conductivity and resistance to corrosion.

The housing material is fibreglass reinforced polyethylene terephthalate, providing excellent mechanical strength and electrical insulation. It has UL94V-0 flame-retardant insulation rating for safety compliance. The 0.156 in (3.96 mm) DIP solder tails facilitate reliable mounting to printed circuit boards via soldering.

The connector includes a polarizing key to prevent incorrect mating during installation, enhancing system reliability. This edge connector is ideal for use in industrial equipment, PCB assemblies, test and measurement instruments, and general electronics manufacturing.
