Wurth Elektronik 687118183722 WR-FPC Series surface mount FPC connector features a 0.5 mm pitch and 18 way horizontal female contacts designed for high density and miniaturized electronic applications. The connector's low profile design with a height of 1.2 mm makes it ideal for compact devices requiring secure and reliable connections.
Equipped with a Zero Insertion Force (ZIF) flip lock actuator, this connector simplifies the insertion of flexible printed circuits (FPC) while providing a strong retention force to ensure a stable electrical and mechanical connection. The actuator rotates fully to open the connector, allowing the FPC to be placed easily, then locks it firmly in place upon return rotation.
