ams OSRAM AS5601-ASOM is a magnetic Hall Effect Sensor designed for precise rotary position measurement, featuring a 12-bit resolution and 2048 pulses per revolution digital output signal at a maximum supply voltage of 5.5V. This sensor employs contactless encoder technology, offering exceptional reliability by measuring the absolute angle of diametrically magnetised on-axis magnets.

The device supports user-programmable zero positions and device configuration, allowing flexible adaptation to various applications. Its incremental quadrature output is configurable between 8 and 2048 pulses per revolution, making it versatile for different control systems.
