Nexperia PMEG100T10ELRX Rectifier & Schottky Diode is a high-efficiency trench MEGA Schottky barrier diode rated at 100 V and 1 A, encapsulated in a small and flat 2-pin SOD-123W surface-mount plastic package. Its low forward voltage drop and low leakage current make it an ideal choice for power rectification applications where reducing power dissipation is critical.

This diode supports continuous forward currents up to 1 A with a peak surge capability of 40 A, making it suitable for both steady-state and transient load conditions. With an extended operating temperature range from -55°C to 175°C, it is designed to operate reliably in industrial, automotive, and consumer electronics environments.

The PMEG100T10ELRX features a fast peak reverse recovery time of 11.5 ns, which reduces switching losses and enhances system efficiency in high-frequency power supplies such as switch mode power supplies (SMPS) and DC-DC converters.
