Product Description

STMicroelectronics STPS40H100CW is a high voltage Schottky barrier diode engineered to support high frequency switch mode power supplies and other demanding power electronic circuits. This device supports a maximum continuous forward current of 40 A and a peak reverse repetitive voltage rating of 100 V, making it suitable for a variety of industrial and commercial electronic applications.

The diode is housed in a TO-247 insulated package (ISOTOP) providing excellent thermal and electrical isolation with a withstand voltage of 2500 VRMS and a low capacitance of 45 pF, contributing to superior switching performance.
