Bourns CD-HD201 bridge rectifier is a high performance Schottky barrier device designed for efficient rectification of AC to DC signals in electronics applications. Featuring a surface mount technology (SMT) package type, this component is designed to be mounted on printed circuit boards with minimal space usage.

The device supports a peak reverse repetitive voltage (VRRM) of 100 volts and a forward continuous current rating of 2 amperes. Its capability to withstand peak non-repetitive forward surge current of up to 50 amperes enhances protection during transient conditions.
